Salon Owner

Christopher Daniel

With over 20 years of experience in the hairdressing industry, Chris has built his career on precision, creativity and a genuine passion for the craft.

He began his journey with Toni & Guy, spending eight years developing his skills, progressing through the ranks and competing in both in-house and national competitions. His passion for editorial hair also led him behind the scenes at London Fashion Week, working alongside some of the industry's biggest names.

Since becoming owner of No.10 in 2018, Chris has focused on creating a welcoming, environmentally conscious salon where quality and client experience come first. As our cutting specialist, he has a particular passion for precision cuts, short styles and curly hair, while continuing to develop No.10's own cruelty-free haircare range, produced locally in Burton-on-Trent.

Salon Owner

Chloe Buckley

Chloe began her hairdressing journey at No.10 at just 16 years old, developing her skills under the guidance of Chris as she progressed from salon assistant to qualified stylist. Her passion for learning took her to Italy, where she spent time travelling and working before returning to No.10 and then becoming co-owner in 2021.

As our colour specialist, Chloe is passionate about creating bespoke colours tailored to every client. From seamless blondes and dimensional brunettes to bold transformations, she loves keeping up with the latest colouring techniques and trends. Alongside her busy column, Chloe is also passionate about mentoring our junior stylists, sharing her knowledge and helping the next generation of hairdressers grow in confidence and skill.

Creative Stylist

Rob

Rob is one of No.10's Creative Stylists, known for his calm, considered approach and beautifully finished hair.

He has a particular passion for long hair, styling and classic, natural colour, specialising in soft blondes, rich brunettes and signature blow dries. With an eye for detail and a focus on creating effortless, wearable results, Rob helps every client leave the salon looking and feeling their best.

Senior Stylist

Jack

Jack is one of No.10's Senior Stylists, bringing a passion for creative hairdressing and a wealth of industry experience.

Having been hairdressing since the age of 17, Jack specialises in blondes, colour corrections and modern, tailored cuts. Whether it's a seamless blonde transformation, a complete colour correction or a trend-led wolf cut, he loves helping clients achieve a look that's individual to them.

Alongside his work behind the chair, Jack is passionate about sharing his knowledge and supporting the development of our junior stylists, helping them continue to grow in confidence and skill.

Assistant Stylist

Sophie

Sophie began her hairdressing journey with No.10 in 2022, completing both her Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications with the team.

She has developed a real passion for creating beautiful blondes, from bright refreshes to soft, seamless blends. Sophie loves helping clients achieve fresh, wearable colour while continuing to grow her skills and confidence with every appointment.

With a friendly approach and an eye for detail, Sophie is committed to creating hair that leaves every client feeling their best.

Junior Stylist

Evie

Evie is a Junior Stylist at No.10, having developed her skills within the salon alongside our experienced team.

She enjoys creating beautiful, wearable hair while continuing to build her confidence across cutting, colouring and styling. With a calm and friendly approach, Evie is passionate about making every client feel relaxed and cared for throughout their appointment.

Always keen to learn, Evie is currently expanding her skills at barbering and hair extensions, alongside continuing to develop her craft and deliver the high standards No.10 is known for.

Trainee Stylist

Kirsty

Kirsty is a Junior Stylist at No.10, where she began her hairdressing journey and continues to grow her skills alongside our experienced team.

She has developed a real passion for colour, particularly vibrant shades and creative transformations that challenge her technique and allow her creativity to shine. Kirsty also enjoys building her confidence in cutting, with the ambition of becoming a well-rounded stylist.

Passionate about learning and always eager to develop, Kirsty is committed to creating beautiful results while providing every client with a welcoming and enjoyable salon experience.

Apprentice Stylist

Freya

Freya is an Apprentice Stylist at No.10, beginning her hairdressing journey with a passion for learning and a positive approach to every day in the salon.

Working alongside our experienced team, she's developing her skills across all aspects of hairdressing, from cutting and colouring to styling and client care. Freya enjoys getting involved in every part of salon life and is always eager to learn something new.

With a genuine enthusiasm for the industry and a commitment to developing her craft, Freya is excited to continue growing her confidence and skills as part of the No.10 team.
